How are guides verified?
All guide profiles go through an approval process before being listed on our platform. We verify their identity and local knowledge to ensure quality experiences for travelers.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payment arrangements are made directly between you and the guide or agency. Most guides accept cash (BRL), PIX, and bank transfers. Some may also accept credit cards. Always confirm payment details with your guide before your trip.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies vary by guide and activity. Please discuss cancellation terms directly with your guide when making your booking. We recommend confirming the policy before committing to any trip.
How do I create or manage my account?
You can sign up or log in using your social media account (Google, etc.). Once logged in, you can manage your profile, leave recommendations for guides, and save your favorite places.
